Job Description:

1. Participate and collaborate with the users, business analyst, and business unit to gather business requirements, perform feasibility study and develop specifications.

2. Debug and upgrade existing programs.

3. Troubleshooting issues and defects to determine root causes for ensuring production systems are online and available.

4. Create documentation specifications, testing, end-user manuals, and end-user training.

5. Collect and analyze user feedback for improving efficient.

6. Performs other duties as assigned, if necessary.

 

Experience:

1. Ability to program in one or more programming languages like .NET, C#, Python, VB, AngularJS, etc.

2. Having experience in developing software, or robotic process automation (RPA).

3. New graduate with intended passion to learn new technology will be appreciated

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, ICT, Computer Business,

Business or Information systems related is required.

3. Basic knowledge of SQL command, Database structure, or Database Management.

4. Having experience with crystal report, UiPath, RPA, K2, Document workflow or Automation Anywhere will be advantage.

5. Having working experience for healthcare or data analytic service industry will be advantage.

6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.

7. Possessed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
